EPCm project for rehabilitating Al Muajjiz terminal facilities, scope includes assessment of existing facility which were mothballed for 20 years, and client objectives was to salvage and reuse the existing material integrated with new additional scope requirements per Aramco standards.

The Water Treatment Facility - Phase 3 was designed to treat maximum of 170,000 BPD of Khafji produced water to accommodate the increase of water cut (up to 50%) of Khafji Crude production, in order to achieved and maintain maximum sustainable capacity of 300,000 BPD of Khafji Crude and 50,000 BDP of Hout Crude. The on-shore pipeline and disposal water Injection Facility is designed to inject 170,000 BPD of treated Khafji produced water into five new onshore disposal wells.

Project Profile:
Upgrade of refinery with additional new units to meet environmental standards. It involved the upgrade of super Claus units, construction of a new off-gas treating unit, a Sour Water Stripper and other support utilities.

Project Profile:
Tanajib Water Treatment Plant is a facility that treats sea water using multi effect distillation (MED) and reverse osmosis (RO). It provides BFW and potable water to Aramco. The facility is located in the Northwest coast of Arabian Gulf in Saudi Arabia, approx. 60Km from the MCPF.
