CDU Heaters Replacement Project

Project Profile:  Replacement of existing three parallel fired heaters (7F601A, 7F601B and 7F603) of the 5CDU unit with a single high efficiency new Crude charge heater to improve thermal efficiency, reliability, operability and environmental performance a s well as to reduce maintenance cost. New heater shall be vertical cylindrical heater with radiant, convection and stack sections. Heat duty (design)- 148.66 MMBtu/Hr. Three existing booster pumps (P608/P649/P603) to be replaced with two new pumps P701/P702.Stack to 7F601 A & B Guy Wire Relocation. All associated piping works including Tie-in to existing facilities in Pump trench Area and Heater Trench Area.
