JGC Gulf personnel are hold to a high level of ethical conduct and expect the same from its vendors, subcontractors and service providers.

Reporting a Compliance Matter – Whistle blower

Compliance Window provides a secured and confidential venue for people inside and outside JGC Gulf to report suspected fraud, unethical conduct or irregularities.

Communication through the Compliance Window may be made anonymously.

If someone is aware of conduct that may be inconsistent with the Compliance Policy or any applicable law, or has a question related Compliance Policy, he/she may contact Compliance Office through the phone or email shown below.

All reports to the Compliance Window will be investigated by JGC Gulf Compliance Office, in consultation with the JGC Gulf’s Compliance Committee who has the core responsibility. All reports will be treated confidentially.

JGC Gulf Individual will not be subjected to punishment for good-faith reports of violation or suspicious of violations, or for cooperation with investigations under JGC Gulf Policy.
